Music for all

Music forms a major part of the River Carnival with some fantastic musicians and performers ranging from buskers and DJs and the best of Hereford’s thriving indie music scene mixed with some superb choirs and the pandemonium that is Bandemoinum, Hereford’s community band.

On Friday night a group of Hereford’s finest instrumentalists performed as part of this year’s Mappa Mundi: Out of the Museum, Into the Streets performance.

Nozstock Stage, Castle Green

The Music Pool Stage, Bishops Meadow

Hosted by Herefordshire’s amazing and inspiring community music charity, The Music Pool, whose life-changing projects reflect their motto, ‘Music for Life, Music for All’.

Bandemonium:  Hereford’s much-loved community band will serenade the floats during the River Carnival from a luxurious gazebo on the banks of the Wye.  Toe-tapping tunes all round.

Got2Sing: fun with contemporary songs for all ages and all levels of experience

4.15pm – 6.30pm            
Livewire bands:  the latest sounds from some of Hereford’s emerging young talent

Also watch out for Hereford’s foot-tapping community band, Bandemonium who this year will be serenading the floats as the process down the Wye during the River Carnival from 2.15pm
